This is, without a doubt, the worst dealership I’ve ever purchased from. Bought a car and on the very first day, driving less than 30 miles, had a check engine light. Fought for multiple months to have it r purchased from. Bought a car and on the very first day, driving less than 30 miles, had a check engine light. Fought for multiple months to have it repaired only for them to tell me I should have bought an extended warranty. I called their warranty company and was told they would NEVER have covered it as it appears the dealer was hiding a problem. I Finally got them to complete a repair (that they still charged $1800 for) and again, very FIRST DAY after getting it back, it would not drive. Now I have to spend $2500 fixing it elsewhere. I bought the car “as is” but even so after spending $9000 I would expect it to drive forget than 30 miles before having catastrophic engine issues. This place will not answer any calls or texts after a car has been purchased. I went days without responses until leaving a review and they responded the next morning by 8am. Also the management team threatens anyone that leaves a review with legal action. The manager, CJ, did this to me after doing a $60 diagnosis on my car and asking me to “sign to release the car” back to me then saying I signed to leave no reviews. I’ll update with pictures when he inevitably tells me he’s going to contact his legal department again. Please read the negative reviews of this company. They are absolutely horrendous and the last place I would ever recommend to buy a car from if you want any form of after purchase care or a legitimate vehicle without problems. More
