Good service. Dustin was nice, although I was expecting Kevin Baker as mentioned as the advisor via email. Cashier needs customer service training—the two times I’ve been here for maintenance, she’s never Kevin Baker as mentioned as the advisor via email. Cashier needs customer service training—the two times I’ve been here for maintenance, she’s never friendly. No eye contact, no smile, barely replied to me and just seems like she hates her job. He let me know pricing upfront and told me that I could contact him anytime during the process. When the work was complete, he explained to me what work was done in a friendly and courteous manner. The work performed was great as always. I am very particular about my car. I don't trust just anybody to service my car. They are always thorough, careful, and treat my car like I do. I know people give dealers a bad rap. They say you can go to somewhere else and get lower prices but sometimes you pay for what you get. I feel like they give me my money's worth. I have and will continue to take my car to Indy Honda. More
Everything was generally good. My only complaint was being given an estimate of 1- 1 1/2 hours and then it took 3 hours. I understand things come up but either say “I don’t know how long it will take” being given an estimate of 1- 1 1/2 hours and then it took 3 hours.
