After looking at multiple websites and used car dealerships she found a car on the Indy Auto Man website that she really wanted ('08 Chrysler Sebring) We came in and dealt with Sam Wheeler, an outstanding professional, through the whole process. My mom was able to test drive the vehicle, get approved for a loan and put a downpayment on the vehicle all in the same day. And her and Joel confirmed this with over a percentage point better rate. The whole process was very efficient and there was never any pressure (or the usual tactics encountered in many of my car buying experiences). He was also responsive to my emails and helpful with my questions. The whole process was transparent and I could tell my needs and requirements were heard and understood — that is very important. I also got a good value for my trade-in and got a discount for my new car which feels great. To add, they offer factory type coverage for used vehicles and ETCH protection — you don't have to take those and you can decide if you need them or not. Just do your research. Next time I'm in the market for new car I'll definitely consider buying a car from Indy Auto Man and have Nick help me. More
