We found out vehicle on their website and made an appointment to see it. Our sales person was fun and knowledgeable about the vehicle and their inventory. From what we could tell, they only select top quality vehicles from auction. Our salesperson drug us through the mud producing every piece of documentation we had for everything imaginable. I couldn't understand it at the time but it made the closing go much easier and the finance manager was able to get us a much better deal. My only wish is that she would have just explained that up front so that it wouldn't have been so frustrating. There was a mechanical issue with the vehicle because they had just accepted it into inventory, so we wrote that it had to be fixed in the deal. It took four tries and a visit to a GM dealer to get it fixed, but they never gave up on it or acted like they weren't going to see the deal through. More

Got a car within my Budget When I walked in the door I did not have an appointment. I had missed my other appointment and had time on Thursday to take a look at what they had in When I walked in the door I did not have an appointment. Tabatha was on the phone when I walked in but, she looked up and smiled, acknowledging my presence. I went to the counter to with the car I wanted to look at and after she was done with her phone call she greeted me. I had first made contact with Burt, but he was not in that day and Tabatha was happy to show me the car I asked about. I did a test drive and made it clear that I would sleep on it. After talking with friends and family I decided to make an appointment for Saturday to talk some more I had more questions and the check from my bank because the car fit all my criteria. It has been five days that I have owned my car and I still think it was a great purchase. Thanks Tabatha! More
