I was in the market for a Toyota 4Runner as it is the only current SUV that has an electric rear window making it more suitable when having dogs/pets. I contacted Indy Auto Man and got a quick response from Victor Figlin, a sales representative. Not wanting to waste too much time, I responded back to Victor with a price I had in mind if worth my time to come out and check the vehicle. I also contacted 3 other dealerships in the vicinity through their websites on other 4Runners and none of them responded showing much interest in the prices I offered to possibly purchase if I came and test drove it. They simply encouraged me to come visit and discuss prices in person. Victor was open to talking prices before I even needed to come by. The 4Runner was a 1 owner, clean carfax vehicle that I test drove. This vehicle needed almost nothing but was missing a keyless remote. Being a deaf person, Victor was very patient and we communicated everything in writing. He even kept in touch by texting. After coming to an agreement, I decided to purchased this vehicle. Buying any Toyota, you are almost assured a "peace of mind vehicle" but Victor went the extra mile by contacting the previous owner to find the keyless remote as he wanted to save me an extra $50 dollars I would have had to spend on a new one. Within a week later, Victor texted me that the remote arrived. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of a pleasant process. In the future if I ever need another particular used vehicle, I will be sure to check Indy Auto Man's website first and be asking for Victor Figlin. More

I had been looking at purchasing a used luxury car and after much research decided on a 2004 or 2005 Jaguar and Indy Auto Mann happen to have one on their lot. When I called to inquire about it the salesman said someone had a deposit on it and to called back in a few days as many times financing doesn't go through and the car may still be avaliable. Now you have thought he would have taken my name & number to call me if the other deal fell through. I sent an e-mail and got a prompt reply from Victor that the car was still avaliable. Got with Victor the next day took the car for a test drive and it ran great, was a one owner and looked showroom new. Was provided with a carfax report, reviewed an independent inspection report which included a couple of minor repairs thst were taken care of and received information on extended warrenties. I bought the car that afternoon and it has preformed great no problems so far so I can't comment on any service work but Victor was great to work with and would recommend them if you are in the market for a good used car. For example, the owners manual was missing and Victor made sure that a new one was obtained and sent to us after our purchase. The Jeep had low milage and we purchased it below Bluebook value. All of my used car nightmares came true! I was given a laundry list of things that were new or repaired on the car I bought, told that the concerns I had would be fixed and that this was a "very reli laundry list of things that were new or repaired on the car I bought, told that the concerns I had would be fixed and that this was a "very reliable" car. I asked for receipts from all of the repairs done before I bought the car...never got them. We took the car back 3 times within the first 2 weeks to fix things that we agreed on....each time the repairs were not 100% completed. Long story short....the car required almost $3,000 (non of which the dealer stood behind) in repairs within the first 2 months of owning it....if that is your definition of "reliable", buy from these guys. I got lost on my way to the dealership due to construction work on Meridian. Called the dealer and got immediate response and accurate directions. Met with their sales person, Dan, who was the friendliest guy I ever saw. I liked that he was not uptight and dressed casually just like me. This made me very comfortable. I probably spent an hour test driving cars and testing Dan's patience. Finally I found an Acura TSX that I fell in love with. I acknowledged Dan that I will be coming back next day with my wife. Well, long story short, we came next day, wife approved my choice, their finance guy approved us for financing, we signed paperwork and left. I would say it was pretty easy transaction. The only negative I saw is that their customer parking was packed, so I needed to park at the random spot at the dealership when I came with my wife next day. Oh well, I still feel like I was treated really well, even though they were busy. The tip I would give is that I bet it is better to visit them on any other day but Saturday (more parking space for customers). More
