I had recently changed jobs and needed to trade down into a smaller vehicle so I dropped in and talked with Eugene and Tom. Eugene was VERY FAIR with his offers to me on my trade-in value and found a nice little cooper in great shape at a fair price to put me into. I can highly recommend working with Tom and Eugene here at IndyAutoman, and when my wife needs a new van in a couple years...I know who'll I'll be calling :) Thanks guys! More

The website was informative, the people were polite and helpful, and we found a vehicle we liked at a good price. We did have an issue with the vehicle that was not the fault of Indy Auto Man, but we rece helpful, and we found a vehicle we liked at a good price. He really showed a desire to make me pleased with my overall experience with the dealership, and made me feel important as a customer. That is not standard treatment at all places these days, so that is the top reason that I would recommend this dealership to others. More

We came to Indy Auto Man because they had listed on the web a 2003 Honda Civic that we wanted to see. Though we arrived just at their closing time, Tyler offered to stay late and let us see and test drive web a 2003 Honda Civic that we wanted to see. We liked the car, and he offered us a 50/50, 3000 mile/3 month warranty, against anything that was defective. He was great to work with. We purchased the car, and then a few days later took it to our local shop to have them change the tires (we owned a new set that would fit) , and the service tech told us we had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed, one of which could be expensive to repair. So we called Tyler to see if it would be covered by our warranty, and he said that it would. He was very kind, and reassuring, and worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of. We now have the Civic back, and it seems to be doing very well so far. We have been happy with this dealer, and would work with Tyler again. More

Indy Auto Man has a great selection of cars and a very helpful staff. I went in looking for an Audi but Kirill Sushko put me in a much better ride for the price. He knows his cars inside and out.
