Reasonably quick paperwork given all the government junk they have to get signed. The car needed front brake pads and rotors which they got taken care of first thing. It now runs like a watch. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. WiFi worked perfectly and quickly. Their stock was exemplary - BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover, Chevy, Ford, Toyota, Subaru, etc. All good looking, clean vehicles. All the way from sporty to sedans to SUVs to crossovers to trucks to luxury. Just superb. All in all, a very good experience and highly recommended. More

Bad experience I had a bad experience in general. First, I got my truck home and the next day it started malfunctioning. It needed a new transmission, but in order I had a bad experience in general. First, I got my truck home and the next day it started malfunctioning. It needed a new transmission, but in order for them to fix it I had to have it sent back to the dealer, and I lived 3 hours away. Despite making a payment for the truck, as well as paying for insurance on it, I was without the truck for a full month and a half before it was finally finished - or so I thought. After being told 3 times that my truck would be arriving back to my house and fixed, I received a text that it would be even longer because now, someone who was supposedly fixing my truck actually scratched it, clear across the front bumper. So, I had to wait another 2 days before I finally got it back (only instead of it being delivered as promised, I had to go pick it up). I drove it home, assuming all was well and it was fixed, but I got home and it was still leaking transmission fluid! So I had to take a day off work to drive back yet again, when they finally actually fixed it for real this time (I hope). The only problem is now they also lost the title to the truck so I have to wait for them to fix that problem before I can get permanant plates for it. Although they did make it right in the end and the car is fixed, it cost me a lot of headache and stress, the frustration of thinking I had a new truck and then having to not only wait for it for 6 weeks, but also be paying for it, and also having to end up making so many trips and even taking a day off work (unpaid) ...it just didn't seem right. I think even though the people were nice, they need better quality control on their vehicles. Because you're buying a car expecting that everything has already been inspected, and you are trusting them to do their job, selling a car you can depend on. It would have been nice to have avoided all these problems. More

I told the salesman what we were interested in an he showed us an Audi A4. It was beautiful. We fell in love with it. Paperwork was easy. And they made you feel welcome. Not like a number. More
