A Surprise Ending Devon and Joel were amazing! My 20 year old daughter had been looking for the perfect car at the perfect price for weeks, and seemed to have found it Devon and Joel were amazing! My 20 year old daughter had been looking for the perfect car at the perfect price for weeks, and seemed to have found it at Indy Auto Man. She is a college sophomore and like any college student, she is on a strict budget with very little credit. She was able to test drive the Volkswagen Tiguan and fell in love with it immediately. We figured with begin a college student it would be a hard deal to get done, but I ended up getting a phone call from Devon telling me, her mother, the good news. I had been approved at an amazing rate. As soon as I received this good news, I then got the call that my daughter had fallen down some stairs and broke her jaw in three places. As you can imagine with her accident and her car purchase fail (she thought), she was in a bit of discouragement. Again the purchase was put on hold because of surgery. Devon was very encouraging and we postponed the purchase until my daughter's surgery. The day after surgery I drove to Indy to purchase the car for my daughter. What a pleasant surprise to her when she found out the car she has been wanting for months was waiting on her at home! Devon was wonderful and very sympathetic. He was very excited to get this deal finished so it could be a surprise for my daughter. And that it was! I highly recommend doing business with Devon at Indy Auto Man!
