They told my daughter that she needed a brake fluid flush, so we did it. After their service department did the brake fluid flush and also inspected my daughter's car with a 100% pass. Me daughter got into a serious car accident do to "you guessed it, BRAKE FAILURE" the Police report wrote it up as no ones fault because they saw it was a brake failuer. Her car only has 12,000 miles on it. We called the dealer and asked them what they would do about it and they say nothing. They tried to tell me that brake bad failure had nothing to do with a brake line fluid flush. I did not get into argument with them because quite frankly they are xxxxxxx. The Emergency brake works perfectly. And if you know anything about mechanics, you'd know that emergencybrake is hooked up to the brake pads and thus if the emergency brake work, SO DO THE BRAKE PADS! Also if these xxxxxxx knew anything about the Mazda 3 (which they are supposed to since they are a Mazda Service and dealer, they would also know that the Mazda 3 has a very special braking system, it is called a split system. A split system is designed so that if you had brake failure DO TO A BLOW OUT OF A BRAKE LINE you would only lose 50% of your braking power! So with this said, THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN HAVE TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE LIKE THIS IS IF SOME xxxxxxx DID NOT BLEED THE BRAKE LINES PROPERLY OR DID NOT FILL THE BRAKE FLUID TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE!!!! dmv KNOWS ABOUT THIS AND SO DOES MY lAWYER. I gave these rejects the opportunity to fix the problem, but they are so arogant and think only they know cars. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I'll be taking them to court. Not because I am trying to sue them. Only because my daughter could have been decapitaed in an accident do to their complete incompetance. And so could anyone who puts their faith in this lousy dealership. More
I purchased in March 2020. I never received a copy of my sales paperwork. They messed up my tag, refused to reimburse all the costs associated with that, and still have refused to send all of my financing p sales paperwork. Not to mention, I was promised rebates to bring my trade down (7k negative equity), so I put down 5k cash. I’m still 11k upside down in the car because they did not give me the promised rebates... but I can’t really figure out what they did because I have no paperwork. What I have is a car with high payments (good interest rate) that I feel I was pressured into buying because I was lied to about rebates. I have issues with the car but I am so apprehensive of even going back to this dealership after my experience, I have just dealt with the issues! I am in a car that I’m not happy with, and I did not get the incentives promised. Unfortunately, I feel like they took advantage of me because I am female. Calls and emails were returned with none of the requested information, only “COVID is causing problems for us”... still no paperwork, still no answers as to why I’m 11k upside down in a new car that I should have been ok on since I put down so much cash... my car was never detailed as promised, and there are issues. Bottom line, if you’re female, I guess don’t go in here alone. Worst experience ever. If I can somehow get out of this mess, I will definitely go to another dealership for my next car. One that respects me as a female and actually comes through on their promises... and one that provides all of my signed paperwork!I emailed the manger (Jim Maus), and he didn’t even care. Beware. They both were awesome, friendly, and had everything ready for us to test drive a new Mazda when we arrived at the dealership. All they needed was a copy of my drivers license. Mike went with us on a test drive, explained all the features of the SUV, and made me feel comfortable knowing this was the car for us. The FAMILY atmosphere is incredible at this dealership. I never in 35 years of buying cars have had a better experience. The process from start to finish was a little over an hour not including the great test drive. Hannah Maus helped me with the financing end of the sale. She was awesome! She answered every question we had and was a pleasure to talk with. This dealership will have a lifelong customer in me. Great cars, great people, great service....what more could you ask for. Thank you! Lynn More

He came in test drive the car and done paperwork on tag transfer when he told the salesman it was already sold he was flabbergasted. I expected an apology but he said “You don’t know me”. How can a high position person told to a customer that way??? Mr. Martin needs retrained on customer skills. More
