We literally had to take the car to them for issues after only having it for 3 days. They say they will take care of you but it's all talk. Their mechanic is VERY rude and didn't have a clue to what he is doing. In fact I had to take my car their bc it just shut off on me while I was in center city. Thankfully it came back on and I took it straight to them...sat there for 5 hours and the mechanic said there was nothing wrong. Also the noise I told him the car was making he said he didn't find anything wrong. Now I'm not a mechanic but I know for sure he does not know what he's doing. Do not buy a car fro I purchased a 2005 Audi A4 2.0T from Imports Auto Direct. This vehicle has got to be the worst purchase mistake I will ever make. Do not buy a car from this sordid dealership. This vehicle has so many hidden mechanical problems that makes me so angry. This vehicle has the following mechanical problems: headlights will not stay on, transmission slips, vehicle has had undisclosed rear collision, motor mount failure, turbo charger oil leak, oil pan leak, rear main seal leak and battery failure. None of these mechanical defects were ever disclosed. None of the leaks were noticed when I decided to purchase the car. The vehicle looked and sounded mechanically sound. My responsability as a consumer should have been more thorough though like purchasing an extended warranty or having another "real" mechanic perform a pre-purchase inspection. I have accepted my error. The owner of Imports Auto Direct, Dimitri Trascila refuses to take responsibility, he will not take calls and stands by his incompetent mechanic, and refuses to honor the so called 3 day return policy. This is a disgusting person who really needs to rip the public off to make his living. DO NOT BUY A CAR from this crap hole! Stay away from Imports Auto Direct and Dimitri Trascila as he will charm you with a "nice guy" personality. More
