I purchased my first car from this company in 1985. It was a 1980 Honda Civic. I drove it for 9 years and traded it in there for a BMW 325. I have recently bought a Toyota Minivan from them and am very was a 1980 Honda Civic. I drove it for 9 years and traded it in there for a BMW 325. The sales g GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! I went with my mother-in-law to Imports Limited to test drive some cars earlier today, which is a Saturday. The sales guy, who never introduced himself or so much as mentioned his name, was very rude and obviously didn't want to deal with us since we weren't ready to buy a car today. We told him all the cars we were interested in seeing and potentially test driving and he said he needed to go see his manager real quick. He came back out and said that he couldn't let us test drive the seven cars I'd mentioned because they'd never let someone test drive seven cars and, besides, it was Saturday and people don't test drive on Saturday. He then told me that we'd probably be better off looking at another dealership. I fully agree. He didn't even offer to let us look at the cars after that. He was just done with us and walked away. Don't waste your time with this place. They don't even list the mileage or prices on most of their internet listings. They seem like a bunch of scammers and they are rude to boot. I highly DO NOT recommend. Go anywhere else. We got much better service at the dealerships in Brentwood and along the Manchester strip in Ballwin. And we test drove cars at every other dealership even though it was Saturday. More

I would never take your business here. The dealership employees are completely unprofessional. I was told it would be a few minutes before i could test drive. 2.5 hours went by and they were still making employees are completely unprofessional. hmmm funny how the 2 post under this are done the same day just about 30 min apart.... i mean now employees are getting on websites to make their stars up... this place is a scam if u buy a car as is and day just about 30 min apart.... i mean now employees are getting on websites to make their stars up... this place is a scam if u buy a car as is and you tell them is something wrong they say they will fix it but they dont..they also put the wrong kindof gas in the cars i bought a bmw and it states it needs atleast 91 octane which is premium and they were putting in regular gas which cause my oil light to constantly come on bc it was causing engine problems which the Plaza Motors BMW told me lucky for me they only had the car for less than 6 months so it didnt do much... they will call you a liar if u ever tell them they are wrong....     I was looking for a car for my daughter's first car and I was looking for something cheap and reliable.  I was going to go the private owner route, but after looking at a few cars daughter's first car and I was looking for something cheap and reliable.  I was going to go the private owner route, but after looking at a few cars in my price range, I was amazed at how dirty people actually keep their vehicles, and how I really just couldn't trust someone I didn't know.  I grabbed an AutoSource book and noticed Imports had a bunch of cars in that range and they looked awfully nice.  We took the trip down to the city and were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the dealership and their vehicles were. Our salesman was Tim, a nice middle aged fellow, happily showed us around.  You would be amazed at how many cars they can squeeze in on their 3 lots!  We ended up sealing the deal on a higher mileage Honda Accord that amazingly was a 1 owner.  I wanted to surprise my daughter with one of those Lexus bows at her school, and Tim was nice enough to drop the car off for us.  Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Imports, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good cheap car. More

Y This place is horrible i got my 03 bmw from there in feb of 11 and from the beginning its had problems i had to replace the radiator when i was told they were putting a new one in bc when i test drove i feb of 11 and from the beginning its had problems i had to replace the radiator when i was told they were putting a new one in bc when i test drove it the one busted and when i found out that the "new" on they put in was used and had a buldge i talked to the general manager and he was very rude saying its impossible to buldge when the bwm dealer said there was one and that the radiator was "new to my car"...my oil light still comes on which they said they would fix and when i told the general manager he said the moment it came back on that i should of came back which i would have but i live about 30mins from them and it was snowing and hailing and i had already waited the whole day from10am -4 when i was told i had to make an appointment which was at 10 to come find out that the auto place didnt make appointments so imports and tom bess auto made me wait all day and didnt fix anything then the right mirror is broke which they said they would fix nope didnt i have spent over 4000 on this car just in repairs and im paying 6000 for it already. They are very rude and told me and my step dad that we were trying to scam them and when i went to tell the general manager about the radiator he called me stupid about the whole thing while i had someone with me and when the bwm dealer told me everything that was wrong he said it wasnt..i had a major oil leak that they denied after i told them we had oil spots on my drive way they day after we got the car and my car is the only one that has to sit in the drive way....DONT GO HERE!!!! More

The dealer was rocking a chair, chewing a gum and yelling to somebody to take care of us. I bought a car which "passed" all MO inspections - there wasn't even enough cooling fluid! At Dobbs they had to replace brakes and repair steering things. They said that transmission was ready to be replaced very soon.... Do a pre-purchase inspection by your mechanic before you buy anything. I am not going back there ever! More
