I told Jamal that my dad and brother are probably going to be looking for a car as well in the next few months and he took the time out to speak to my brother, learn more about him and show him some options now just to give him a better insight. First of, customer service here was beyond! We were just a walk in customer that luckily landed to the best Senior agent, Jamal. I have spent quite a bit of time contacting this dealership to buy a car. Won't accept or return calls. Poor, poor business practice. I've advised them that I have arranged transportation for the car, no trade-in, cash-no response. I asked them to send me an invoice for the cost 'out-the-door'-no response. The company is not honest. Their promises are empty. I asked to wait until I can talk to manager or salesperson. After prolonged wait I'm told that they will have to call me back-no response. Integrity questionable. Honesty questionable. Pretty sad to waste so much of my time on this. Perhaps they don't have the car(s) that they advertise? Why else be so, so poor in business practice?
