Diabolical Having secured car with.a deposit drove from NC with cashiers check in hand to pick it up. On my way was told car was at Mercedes dealer for paint repair but should be back. Got there, no car, was told car had computer issue was cutting out, and dealership was repairing under warranty. No one had any idea when it would be back but we can surely find you something else. I said we're done. Then I thought, price as good and I can pass back through I. 2 days. Went back in, encouraged that sales manager (Al) was chewing on sales guy. Told Al if there was a chance I would deal with him (as he seemed genuinely concerned). Al said he'd call me that day. No call. I called him next day, left a message no return call. Called again end of day said let me check. Poor customer service doesn't even start to describe this. Ridiculous waste of my time. More

Comfortable throughout it all Ive been to Masters before a several months ago when I was helping a friend shop for their car. Mohammad, my saldsman made me feel nothing but trust and comfort throughout the whole process. He knew my son was coming home soon and got the process started and finished with me quickly as well found the perfect car for him.
