Worst experience I ever had. Refused to provide me a total price before I came in. I asked how can that be since they offer contactless sales. Called several times finally made an appointment. Called to make sure car was available before arriving. Arrived and spoke with Kevin gave him the stock so he could check on the computer. He advised car was not there but possibly in their Authorized CPO for Mercedes-Benz having rotors or brakes put on. This is a crock because only Mercedes can do CPO for Mercedes. He left to go check with a manager. Came back and said car was just sold but they have plenty of other cars for me to look. I ask if any in that price range and he replied no. Classis bait and switch. Stay away from this dealership at all cost, no integrity. More
