Let's start off with my salesman, Mohammad. Very knowledgeable and understanding individual. He worked with me to get into the car I wanted. I didn't have to negotiate on what vehicle I wanted. I got the exact car I was looking for. Mo was just a great guy overall and made it happen for me. Secondly I have to give a huge shout out to the finance managers Kevin and Joe. They took care of me on the rate with my not so stellar credit and even gave me advice on how to improve it. I'm going to be implementing that advice asap. I'm very satisfied with all the work they've done and they had accommodated to me as a patron in the most professional manner. Extremely grateful. I have brothers and home and I will let them know that they don't need to go anywhere else. Masters is where it's at! More

I was greeted and even got treated to some pizza which wasn't something I've seen dealerships do in the past. I was looking at some BMWs and got to work with Mohammad. He was honest, sincere and had all the answers to my questions which made me feel I can go with him without a shadow of a doubt. I came in back in a couple days later when I was off from work. The car drove great and looked as good as it drove. I was in and out of finance. The deal was fair and a lot better than some of the other dealerships I've been to. I'm glad I stopped by that day after work. I believe I found a diamond in the rough in terms of a dealership with great service and a gem of an individual in Mohammad. Really grateful that I have my business to these guys. Very pleased." More

Good salesmanship and car, but no service afterward! We really have liked our 2008 Acura: It rides like a new car and has an impeccable history. Upon purchasing from European Masters in Great Neck, we We really have liked our 2008 Acura: It rides like a new car and has an impeccable history. Upon purchasing from European Masters in Great Neck, we negotiated a two-year warrantee,. The very time time we needed to use it however, they let us down. We were riding on the BQE and the car stalled out and came to a complete stop--dead! We had no choice but to use a city-licensed towing service and were taken to a local repair shop. The next morning, I called European Masters to ask them whether or not we should have the AAA tow us to Great Neck. I called our original salesperson in charge of financial arrangements, Kevin V, and left a message explaining our situation. A few hours later, I called and left another message. Finally, an hour later or so, I called the manager, Norman B. None of my messages received any kind of response. In the end, it was a a relatively cheap electrical repair, so I let it go. The repair was just over $200, and it would seem to have been covered by the warrantee, at least I thought it might be, That is why I called, but got no response. Did they not mean it when they gave us the warrantee? It seems a pure scam, at worst, and just bad business practice at best. I do urge a prospective customer to beware! More
