Great Experience Raymond is a great salesman. Went in to buy a BMW and left with a Mercedes-Benz. Flawless interior, exterior needed a tad bit of work but Raymond had Raymond is a great salesman. Never again! We purchased three cars and were told there would be a $500. referral bonus. They sent 200. and bummed down when we called. My car is fine. My husband on the other hand found that his warranty was a simple roadside assistance plan. My brother in law has had trouble with his BMW X5. There was a scratch on my rim a week after I purchased me car an He is genuinely a great guy and he doesn't look to scam you like most dealerships do. There was a scratch on my rim a week after I purchased me car and it wasn't me since the only time I drove the car was home from the lot and then back a week after to pick something up from him. I didn't even notice the scratches and as I'm driving away he stops me and shows me. Any dealer would have been happy to make the sale and get me out of us out of the lot. He made me an appointment to come back and fix the scratches on the rims. He really is a great guy. More
