I Should’ve Came Here Sooner! I came in on Sunday and honestly it was my first stop. Buying a car wasn’t even in my head. I was greeted by Norman who at the time I didn’t know was I came in on Sunday and honestly it was my first stop. Buying a car wasn’t even in my head. I was greeted by Norman who at the time I didn’t know was their General Manager. He personally got his best guy, Mohammad to assist me and they were nothing less but wonderful in service and bravado. I just crashed my previous X5 and these guys helped me get into a new body when I came for the previous generation model. Kevin was the finance person and he told me to come back today and as promised, he was able to get me a significantly better deal and I signed without hesitation. A wonderful experience and I will be sending a lot of friends from the Queens area to meet and work with this elite group of gentlemen. Thank you Masters! More

They really took the time and effort and making this car so easy to buy while keeping me updated through text. People usually dread going car shopping but European masters is a diamond in the rough .
