Absolutely worst experience Back in Aug 2018, I had a black x3 that I was leasing. So this company offered to pay off my lease and help me get in to a financed vehicle. Didn’t ex Back in Aug 2018, I had a black x3 that I was leasing. So this company offered to pay off my lease and help me get in to a financed vehicle. Didn’t expect to go through this much down slide because of a situation. So they were all nice about it like usually how people are and even the finance guy. So what I ended up liking was a bmw 2015 430xi. But there was some issues such as the suspension bottoming out, loud weird noise coming from the front control arms. Other then that the car was ok and they offered me the warranty plan saying that, don’t worry we will fix everything. They promised me multiple times that they will take care of everything. Well it turns out to be that I ended up wasting over 100 miles and traveling back and fourth between the service center, and the dealership European Masters. It’s like they promised me to fixed and the service center spit back in my face saying they won’t fix it. The service manager Norman (however you spell his name) kept xxxxxxxxxxxx me saying the car is fine, the car is fine when it wasn’t. The car kept bottoming out with a loud metal clank when you hit a sewer cap or anything type of bump on a certain angle. So then I can to back to the dealer, I told them get me out of this car, take it back, I don’t want it (At the time I was still new to financed vehicles and didn’t have too much experience). So what they did was screw me over by getting me into an x5 with higher payments and more negative equity on my loan since they transferred it from the 435xi. Moral of these review. AVOID at all cost from buying from this Dealership. They aren’t honest, they will ripe you off at the very chance they get, don’t believe their promises, their service center is garbage, they won’t do what they promise you. I hope this review reaches any potentials from buying from this place. Probably the worst experience I had in buying/leasing/financing a car. Drive Safe/purchase safely NY. ?? More

Walked in, asked for the internet contact (who is not on site) and was met by Alejandro who was pleasant. He looked at the computer screen for a bit, then did the "Go to the manager desk" thing and it was apparent that the car advertised did not exist at the dealership. I gave them 5 minutes remembering the other reviews and they confirmed "Its on CarGurus and TrueCar but we do not have this vehicle. We will fix that" and then he asked if i wanted to look at a different car. They were pleasant enough, wasted my hour driving out and back but will not go back to them to be sure.. I even checked with my contact before i got on the road and 5 minutes before i got there she responded "They have lots of cars!" Be aware More

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT RIGHT THERE BUT I GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND WENT THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE TOOK A WEEK FOR ALL THE PAPER WORK TO GET DONE AND TO GET THE CAR FITTED WITH NEW TIRES BRAKES AND FLUIDS. I FINALLY GET THE CAR AND HAD JAMAL DRIVE THE CAR TO MY JOB BECAUSE I WAS IN A RENTAL HE FAILED TO MENTION THE BUZZING NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE CAR AND THE HOLE IN THE HOSE FOR THE WASHER FLUID AS WELL AS THE WIPER BLADES WERE SHOT....COME TO FIND OUT THE REAR AXLE WAS COMPLETELY SHOT AND HAD TO VE REPLACED ALTOGETGER I DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CAR 2 WEEKS BEFORE HAVING TO GET IT FIXED AND ITS BEEN NEARLY 2 WEEKS AND IT STILL ISNT FIXED NOT TO MENTION IVE BEEN WAITING NEARLY A MONTH FOR THE EXTRA KEY WHICH ONLY TAKES A FEW DAYS AT THE MOST AND I DONT HAVE TYE TITLE FOR THE CAR EITHER...THE FINANCIAL GUY KEVIN WILL TRY TO BEAT YOU OVER THE HEAD WITH PAYMENTS AND HIDDEN FEES. AFTER ALL THIS I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THEIR SUPERIOR AND WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER TO THE MECHANIC SHOP INSTEAD OF MANAGEMENT....THIS DEALERSHIP IS RUN BY CON MEN WHO WILL LIE SQUARE TO YOUR FACE WITH A SMILE MY ADVICE SHOP ELSEWHERE DONT END UP LIKE I DID AND SO MANY OTHERS BECAUSE AT THEIR SERVICE SHOP THERE WERE AT LEAST A DOZEN CARS THAT NEEDED SIMILAR THINGS FIXED THAT WERE NOT MENTIONED TO THE CUSTOMERS PRIOR TO SALE AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS TRUST ME YOULL THANK ME LATER More
