From the moment I stepped in I was impressed with their sales integrity. Reggie and Joshua were excellent at the way to represent a dealership. Took the vehicle to service for we owe work. Came in as a 2nd time buyer yesterday 8/13/2024 and picked out a truck. I had recently purchased a truck from here but it wasn’t heavy enough for what I needed it for. Went through all the paperwork an picked out a truck. I had recently purchased a truck from here but it wasn’t heavy enough for what I needed it for. Went through all the paperwork and got an appraisal for mine. I had to leave and ask them to call. They called and it wasn’t a good time for me to come but they insisted that I should come. I ask over the phone if they were paying off my current vehicle loan and if I needed to put anything down. They told me that they were paying off my vehicle they had appraised and I needed nothing down. They said just come and sign the paperwork. I drove up there just to wait an hour and twenty minutes until I was presented an offer completely different from what I was told. For the sake of time I signed the offer and after more waiting I waived bye to the truck I thought I was getting and got into my my old vehicle to leave where I was met by the sales manager. He apologized and said they hadn’t submitted my credit app. Really? Then why did your salesman say they were paying off my current vehicle that I purchased from you all 6 months ago and even had my monthly payment and interest rate on the offer I signed ? Crickets chirping. Bad business guys I recommend avoiding this place. Shame shame shame. More
Not sure how such a nice place has such bad communication and management. We were told to drive a few hours away and test drive a car we wanted to purchase. Even received a message 15 min before arrival that the car was ready to test drive. When we pull up they said the vehicle just sold. Seriously??? The car was not on the lot. We had an apt and had started the process of purchase. Be careful this place looked like a mad house with all the people working in the office. Appears this happened the day before as well with what they told me. We were told we were much more kind than the other people. Beware of communication and teller craziness of too many employees- I do believe it is management as our sales guy was super kind and apologetic. More
The worst dealership experience I’ve been through. It’s like these car salesmen don’t want to sell cars. The owner then stated he had no record of me being there which is actually shady because I test drove a car of theirs, walked around numerous times and I have printed out paperwork from this dealership so I’m confused. Don’t deny my presence just because you weren’t happy with a bad review. This dealership should be focusing on the treatment of their customers and the quality of service to people who step foot into their lots trying to purchase a car from them. We all play a role in this process of buying/selling cars. Do better. More
