JJ called me and told me that he had a diamond that belonged to me. I was overwhelmed with tears that he got the diamond back to me. His honesty and professionalism bought me a 2024 Cadilac. It was confirmation that I made the right decision of making a new car purchase. I had a total of 3 persons contact me from 2 of their dealerships, all about the same car. One person did not even know the other one. All 3 asking for exactly the same information, photos etc. after I dealerships, all about the same car. One person did not even know the other one. All 3 asking for exactly the same information, photos etc. after I had already sent it all in. Very confusing to say the least. Hints of a scam although it was not. I would suggest they assign ONE person to contact inquiries to avoid this confusion and time delay. Ended up finding another car but they need to work on this as a courtesy suggestion More
