Dealership did as little as possible to assist in the purchase of the vehicle. Utilized external financing from a credit union I have been a member at for over 30 years, since I was a child. The moment we elected to bring our own financing, and decline the financing they were offering, it all went downhill. Icing on the cake was the confirmation of the loan payment coming to the dealer and my wife explaining that both myself, and herself were on the loan, and they refused release of the vehicle until I rearranged my entire schedule to come sign the paperwork that she could have easily signed. One 20 second phone call to the bank would have alleviated the entire fiasco, but again, that would have involved some sort of work that had to be done. If the entire process hadn’t already been in motion, and had we not wanted to lose the $1000 holding fee for vehicle, we would have backed out long before. Will never recommend to anyone, and certainly never give another dime of our money toward another vehicle here. More
