Finance went well, and after 4 weeks my contact with the Title department has gone well also. However, the sales department has yet to return my calls regarding the scratches and dent on the rear bumper (o Title department has gone well also. However, the sales department has yet to return my calls regarding the scratches and dent on the rear bumper (on a 365 mile 2024 car described by them as "perfect"), the freshly drilled holes in the rear door jambs, the missing rubber stop on the hood, and the scratches on the left rear rim (not to mention the shipping blocks were left in the front springs).
