I bought a car from them on a Tuesdays, I competed all the paperwork and was supposed to pick it up on Saturday, they called me back Friday and said they accidentally sold the car I bought but there is an the paperwork and was supposed to pick it up on Saturday, they called me back Friday and said they accidentally sold the car I bought but there is another one and it only cost $1000 more. Because I was all ready half way there I continued and bought that one anyway. The car had a tail light that was broke and they provided us with an I owe you that stated they would buy one and ship it to me. It has been over a month now and I call them every 3 days and they keep telling me it’s on back order but can’t provide proof of the order. I called Tesla and they assured me that part is not on back order and they have them in stock 5 Miles down the road from the dealership . Me and my husband bought a car from them and when we went to pick it up they sold it on us and we had to buy a more expensive one because we had all ready traveled all the way there. Awful experience. Received and cashed my cashier check, plus delivery fee.
