Julia was knowledgeable and willing to find answers to questions I had. I initially felt that I was bounced from one person to another and this caused confusion. Once Julia started communicating with me i questions I had. I initially felt that I was bounced from one person to another and this caused confusion. Once Julia started communicating with me it was much smoother. The women that delivered my new car were delightful and took care of the signing of the documents with efficiency. All in all a good experience. It sure beats spending hours in a dealership while they play their game of “checking with the boss”. That is so annoying. More
