Poor buying experience I attempted to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Called, told then I was interested 2 weeks prior, then got approved for financing and let them I attempted to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Called, told then I was interested 2 weeks prior, then got approved for financing and let them know I would be in a specific day to sign the paperwork and buy it. Half way into the 3.5 hr drive to the dealership I receive a phone call saying the vehicle had been sold the previous day despite calling to confirm it was still available. It's extremely dissapointing to go through the process and effort for a vehicle to have a dealership sell it out from under you. The person I was in contact with was not informed of it being sold at the time so from that standpoint it was not their fault. Still very poor communication among employees at the dealership though. More

Still the best car dealership group in the valley but The sales team is great, they all work hard to get you the best deal. Joe, the salesman, even bought my kids pizza for the wait. Not disapointed but not a 5-star treatment either. Dont get me wrong, they are still league above the local competition, but still have a few bugs in the process.
