Gene Desroches was very helpful and attentive. . going above and beyond! He even tried to fix my issue himself.. when that didn't work he made sure it got done correctly!! I had an 11:00 AM appointment for the Imperial Quadruple Deal. oil change, tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the service waiting area ask Deal. oil change, tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the service waiting area ask if I wanted anyone particular which I did not and said I would speak with the next available service advisor. We went over the service I requested. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and they would notify me when the car was ready.
