Imperial is always great to deal with… Service is always great and Gene is the Best Service Advisor. He keeps me updated, explains any issues or concerns that needs to be addressed and gets me back out in great and Gene is the Best Service Advisor. I live 30 minutes away and have a dealership 10 minutes from my home but I always use Imperial because of Gene and will continue because of the great service advisor Gene. More
