Excellent customer service from Bill Devine, Service Dept. My daughter is new to the area and when her 2007 Toyota Prius broke down, we found out from Auto Zone that it was the most expensive battery that had My daughter is new to the area and when her 2007 Toyota Prius broke down, we found out from Auto Zone that it was the most expensive battery that had to be replaced. Cost: $2,000 - $3,000 for the part, not including labor. I called the service department at Toyota in Milford, MA and Bill answered the phone. He was so helpful, looked up the vin number and my daughter's battery was covered 100% under warranty. He also informed me that she had two recalls, her water pump and something electrical that was also covered under warranty. My daughter also had no transportation and Bill informed me that a shuttle could come get her and that they would also get her a rental car. Bill thought her car would not be done until Monday. He called me on Saturday to let me know her car was ready done sooner than he thought. He also didn't want her to have to pay for two more days on a rental car. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just purchased a 2016 RAV4 and if I lived closer to the Milford Toyota Dealership, that is where I would go to get my car serviced! Thanks Bill for helping out my daughter. We appreciate it. More
