Absurdly overpriced service I had a 100,000 mile checkup/service done here a few months ago. During the service, I received a call from the tech stating that my two front bearing I had a 100,000 mile checkup/service done here a few months ago. During the service, I received a call from the tech stating that my two front bearings needed to be replaced, with the right side being in worse condition. I asked the tech to change the right side for now, and I will take care of the left side later. DCH Toyota of Milford charged me a total of $1,140.44 to change the right side. Thinking this was high, I decided to take my 2008 Toyota 4Runner to Ron's tire in Framingham to get the left side taken care of when I started to notice it getting louder. Ron's charged me a total of $476.70 for the left side. We all know dealerships charge more for their service, but this is too much of a difference to be rationally explained. I will not be returning to DCH Toyota of Milford, that is for sure. Update: I was contacted after posting this review by Jay at the dealership, and he was very professional in taking care of me and correcting the problem. I appreciate the follow up! More

Best experience at a dealership! I usually don't service my car at a dealership because they seem to be more expensive and not always that trustworthy. I'm trying to extend the life I usually don't service my car at a dealership because they seem to be more expensive and not always that trustworthy. I'm trying to extend the life of my car, so I thought I would give it a try. Boy am I glad I did. My service representative Mackenzie did a fabulous job at keeping me up-to-date while my car was being worked on. She was so pleasant and energetic. I got a new timing belt for a great price, and they also did a couple of recalls that were needed. My car rides like it's brand new, even though it has 140,000 miles on it. The best part I need to mention is that I decided to get my car detailed inside and out, and I can't believe the amazing job they did. My car looks and feels like new again. Thank you DCH Toyota. I'll be back again! More

Excellent customer service from Bill Devine, Service Dept. My daughter is new to the area and when her 2007 Toyota Prius broke down, we found out from Auto Zone that it was the most expensive battery that had My daughter is new to the area and when her 2007 Toyota Prius broke down, we found out from Auto Zone that it was the most expensive battery that had to be replaced. Cost: $2,000 - $3,000 for the part, not including labor. I called the service department at Toyota in Milford, MA and Bill answered the phone. He was so helpful, looked up the vin number and my daughter's battery was covered 100% under warranty. He also informed me that she had two recalls, her water pump and something electrical that was also covered under warranty. My daughter also had no transportation and Bill informed me that a shuttle could come get her and that they would also get her a rental car. Bill thought her car would not be done until Monday. He called me on Saturday to let me know her car was ready done sooner than he thought. He also didn't want her to have to pay for two more days on a rental car. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just purchased a 2016 RAV4 and if I lived closer to the Milford Toyota Dealership, that is where I would go to get my car serviced! Thanks Bill for helping out my daughter. We appreciate it. More
