70,000 mile oil change servivce and recall fix I waited 10 minutes in my chair, while Ashley finished up with her customer..and cleaned up her desk and conferred with another rep..without her eye c I waited 10 minutes in my chair, while Ashley finished up with her customer..and cleaned up her desk and conferred with another rep..without her eye contact or acknowledgement before being called in to her desk. Her check in was excellent. She answered my questions and explained estimated service cost, estimated waiting time and where I could wait. One hour wait. Bill pay was handled well. Ashley did a great overall job.explaining DCH's new email video feature, showing serviceman's comments online. Very high tech and impressive. A 92/100 visit. More

Good recall repair experience I took my vehicle in for a recall repair. I was a little early for my appointment, but was greeted warmly when I drove up and was directed to a waitin I took my vehicle in for a recall repair. I was very quickly helped and when the paper work was completed, I was directed to the comfortable waiting area.
