This is the 2nd time that DCH created a SCAM related to something that should've been covered by a Toyota recall. The first time was a motorized side door recall where I had to pay $135. And just last week they tried to charge me $500 for a piece of plastic that was involved in the shift assembly recall. This is a practice they need to stop and I'm in the process of relaying my experience to a media outlet that does stories on fraud and scams. The ONLY positive, and I truly mean ONLY, was my experience with Dave Skehan. He was very professional, friendly, and customer focused. He's a great guy and it's too bad he has to work for thieves. Fast and done right. Truck was also spotless clean when i went to pick it up, inside and out. Other dealerships i have contacted suggested different maintenance for what i was asking for, but Mike and Anthony explained to me that what i wanted to do was in fact the ideal way to do it and at the interval mileage i was at was a little early but totally fine. Definitely will be going back even though it is far for me. More
