Unethical service I brought my sienna in because the overhead console for the doors was not working. The service rep Matt Leache said that replacing it was covered sin I brought my sienna in because the overhead console for the doors was not working. The service rep Matt Leache said that replacing it was covered since Toyota knew there was an issue with it. Said he would order the part and get back with me. I ended up calling back since I did not hear from Matt. He said the part was in and I brought my sienna in to get the console replaced. Later that day he called and said it was not covered. Spoke with Kevin Perry the Service Director and he too would not stand by what Matt said. Terrible service! More

I was greeted upon arrival by Matt and he took care of my appointment details and corrected an error that I brought my car in for its regular service. Great service I have been driving a Toyota Prius for 18 years, my current Prius for three years. I have I had all my servicing done at DCH Toyota and its forerunne I have been driving a Toyota Prius for 18 years, my current Prius for three years. I have I had all my servicing done at DCH Toyota and its forerunners, and I’ve always been happy with the quality of the service. This visit my service representative was Dwayne. He was professional, courteous and pleasant. I was there for routine maintenance, and they got my car in and out in just over an hour. Meanwhile, I enjoyed a cup of coffee and visiting with two other ladies in the very nice waiting area. At other times I have been driven home and then picked up and brought back when the car was ready. I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else for reliable service. More

Steering I had on 2 occasions experienced the steering wheel locking up when trying to turn the wheels. They ran the codes and none came up.
