What a great experience! I needed two tires badly and expected to be out of pocket a lot, but when I went into Imperial Toyota, Jarett told me about the great tire deal. I want to thank Cutis Jones, Service Advisor for his guidance and service on our 2024 Toyota Camry. We needed a driverside mirror replacement due to striking a barrier last week. We started looking online for inexpensive ways to fix this. Curtis was concise and polite as far as correcting us. The repair was completed in about 1 hour. Like the commercial says "Keeping our Toyota a Toyota" If we had gone the inexpensive route, we would have failed as there were multiple things to be done that I was not capable of. I came in for my 90,000 mile maintenance. I was expecting to pay between 1000 and 1300 dollars. Curtis looked back on my previous work done on my Rav and found out that some of my 90,000 mil I was expecting to pay between 1000 and 1300 dollars. Curtis looked back on my previous work done on my Rav and found out that some of my 90,000 mile work had been done at 87,000 miles. Money saved. He had me down to the 1000 mark. An hour later he came to me in the waiting room and said that they had found a brake issue. My 1000 went up to 1625. Don't read into this. The 1625 was an honest estimate for what he could not have foreseen. This review is not five star because he tried to save me money. No, this is a five star review because of an honest conversation between a customer and a dealership service adviser. He tried to present upfront savings to me. Brakes are brakes, They wear out. Safety first. His attempt at trying to save me two hundred softened the blow of spending six hundred and twenty five more dollars than I originally hoped for. Dealerships are expensive places for service work in the first place. Honesty before, during and after the transaction is where we begin to experience value. More
