I recently had my Highlander serviced at Imperial Toyota. I have used only them since purchasing my 2016 Highlander and I've been very pleased. This time I dealt with Jarett and he was professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the needed service, so that I knew exactly what they were doing and why. I will continue to use Imperial for all my service needs. Jarett made it a pleasure dealing with this dealership. I feel much safer in my car now that the service is completed. As per usua,l my trip to Imperial Toyota in Milford, MA, was fine. My car was taken immediately after I drove into the service bay. I bought my new Camry a few months back from Bruno and Bob the manager. Both of these guys were excellent to deal with.
