Florian Bixho was the salesperson who greeted us immediately upon arrival. As a lifelong Toyota customer, I knew what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, etc... Florian was very professional, showed me the car I had in mind, was knowledgeable about all of our questions and sold it to me in a short period of time. There were no gimmick prices, sketchy trade-in numbers, etc. Just a fair, honest, no stress deal.... at a fair price for the car! We even drove it off the lot the same day, which I haven't seen done in many years... The level of courtesy, care, consideration, just plain good feeling I left with, will make me a repeat customer! Very disappointing. I went with my daughter, who was going to be a first time buyer. We were working with Mohamed. This experience was everything but pleasant for her. We felt as though they did not even want to try to sell us a car. We test drove a rav4 and when we got back and everyone seemed too busy to answer our questions and concerns. We ended walking out. I was amazed at how my car buying experience was made super easy. Eges Lila helped me tremendously. He went over all the important details with me.
