After negotiating on a price over the internet, I was asked to drive to the dealership with prove that another dealership was selling a 2016 Toyota Hi After negotiating on a price over the internet, I was asked to drive to the dealership with prove that another dealership was selling a 2016 Toyota Highlander with similar millage for a thousand dollars less. I explicitly told them that I would only go to the dealership, that was 40 minutes away if they were serious about considering making a better offer. Upon arrival we were greeted by an employee who after 15 minutes brought the sales manager. i proceeded to repeat my reason for coming to his dealership, then the manager mentioned about an additional $1,000.00 fee if I did not have a trade-in. Something never discussed over the phone. This dealership is unscrupulous., they knowingly wasted my time. I would never do business with this dealership and hope those reading this review would take notice and choose a dealership that would treat them with respect. More
