I would certainly do all my vehicle's care to Imperial Toyota thanks to Kevin Silva. He has been nothing but a gentleman and has come to my rescue when I needed him. Have been taking my 2021 Toyota Tacoma to Imperial anytime I need something. Recently went in for my suggested 6 month maintenance. Couldn't have been a smoother experience. Easy to book your appointments online if you choose, or just call. They can almost always get you in that actual day! If you can, ask for Gene Desroches. He is a great service advisor. Gene is knowledgeable, very friendly and down to Earth. He knows his stuff, and his goal is having you leave Imperial Toyota, not only in a timely manner, and with your issues addressed, but with a smile on your face. That's pretty rare nowadays. Highly recommend, both Imperial Toyota, and, of course, Gene Desroches. More

I worked with Kevin Silva to buy my "new to me" Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Walked in and knew no one--- met Kevin, and patiently answered all my questions quickly and sufficiently and with a little humor thrown RAV4 Hybrid. Walked in and knew no one--- met Kevin, and patiently answered all my questions quickly and sufficiently and with a little humor thrown in for good measure! Then came the discussion for the trade-in and my experience was the same.... working through my concerns and getting to a point that I felt was fair to both the dealer and me. He even brought my "new to me" car to my house when it was certified and ready to go. Ask for Kevin.... you'll be happy you did! More
