Ultimately, I decided that I wanted a certified, pre-owned vehicle, and Majed was able to locate one that suited my needs perfectly. He is a true gentleman-- in the finest sense of the word--and was always helpful, understanding and respectful. He was even willing to explain things a second or third time if necessary. He was attentive to all of the details of our transaction, and even remembered to air out the vehicle prior to my purchase, as I had requested.
