He keeps me updated, explains any issues or concerns that needs to be addressed and gets me back out in great and Gene is the Best Service Advisor. Purchased Toyota USA a 2020 toyota 4runner from Imperial Toyota of Milford back in 2021 brand new on May 5th per my sales agreement I purchased a brand new vehicle. After bring up multiple warrant Imperial Toyota of Milford back in 2021 brand new on May 5th per my sales agreement I purchased a brand new vehicle. After bring up multiple warranty concerns before my bumper to bumper warranty expired I was told by Imperial Toyota of Milford I was not allowed to bring my vehicle there for service. I then brought my vehicle into another toyota dealership who explained to me my warranty has been expired for over 1 year. Imperial Toyota lied and internalized all of my service saying it was covered under warranty up until then. The vehicle was put into service in 02/2020 at the dealership who owned they vehicle before Imperial Toyota. Imperial Toyota did a swap and took inventory as a left over 2020 new never sold or registered toyota 4runner. I purchased the vehicle as new in May of 2021. I have called Toyota USA to open a case. There response was we don't sell or service vehicles we just build them . So the dealership lied and sold me a vehicle that was not new, the dealership Imperial toyota refuses to do anything for me , TOYOTA and Toyota usa refuse to do anything for me. All my TOYOTAS are for sale ! More
