Milford was a great experience fr I am a first time car buyer and have visited several car dealerships in order to find the right offering for myself. Milford was a great experience from the start. I was greated when I walked in and handled by the sales team with great attentiveness and respect. While the timeframe of the entire sales motion could have been quicker (from when I walked in to finalizing the paperwork) the team was apologetic and accommodating. The main reason for the wait came from the Memorial Day holiday weekend which drove an influx of car buyers. It was sheer volume driving the wait and no a factor of attentiveness or negligence. They did have a great waiting area with a comfortable chairs and televisions with snacks, coffee and water readily available. More
