Not only was he professional and informative but he also listen to what I wanted in my new car. He took time to show me the different models and explained the differences between them. Spent time showing me the new safety features, set up the Bluetooth for me and made sure I was comfortable with the features of dashboard before driving off the lot. Fawad, and the staff at Imperial Toyota, were amazing. Fawad was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, along with being quite patient with me. Imperial was accommodating, and fast with my car buying experience. I’ve been to many dealerships and this was the only one to actually worked with me on the price. I told them what I wanted to pay and the experience. I’ve been to many dealerships and this was the only one to actually worked with me on the price. I told them what I wanted to pay and the rate I wanted and they got everything done for me. I walked in at 9 out at 11. My car was ready for pickup at 2. Very happy with my experience. More
