Best service department anywhere! Called service department late afternoon, was surprised to be told I could be taken the next day. Upon arrival, Don Hanscom met me at my vehicle, before I could even get out. Verified my contact info, made good recommendations for what service would be done on my Expedition. Called me with an update mid morning, called with some other issues and estimate on when service would be done. Don reviewed the work performed with me when I came to get it. This is the best service department that I've ever experienced. Don Hanscom is an excellent service advisor and gives you the confidence that their Ford will be well cared for quickly and expertly. His level of communication is excellent. I recommend Don Hanscom at Imperial Ford and Imperial Cars to everyone I know. More

Excellent service at Imperial Ford Service at Imperial Ford could not be better. All I ever have to do is call Donny Hanscom, tell him what I need, make the appointment and drop off the Service at Imperial Ford could not be better. Donny handles everything, oil changes, inspection stickers and advises me about any potential problems. I will continue to do business at Imperial as long as I receive this level of service. More

Satisfied customer I had gone way over the recommended mileage for an oil change and needed to get one as soon as possible. I called Imperial Ford to see if they could fit me in before I had to leave from work. I talked to Donny, who was super friendly, and he told me to bring it in and he would try his best fit me in. Donny made sure to keep me updated on the time so I wouldn’t be late for work and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Great time considering I was a walk in. Only service dept I'll go to I got 2 flat tires, called Imperial Ford Service dept, spoke to Justin and Donny. Donny ordered my tires right away. Dropped the car off that night an I got 2 flat tires, called Imperial Ford Service dept, spoke to Justin and Donny. Donny ordered my tires right away. Dropped the car off that night and it was done the next day, which is great considering the short notice. Donny and Justin kept me informed throughout the day which is most important to me. Can't recommend this service dept enough, they really bailed me out of a tough situation, in fact my truck is going on for brakes and a triple deal oil change service today. More
