I had to bring my 2020 Ford Edge in for an oil change and all I can say is I love this Dealer and their service department! I had Chris Whitner preform my oil change and he went above and beyond that for me. all I can say is I love this Dealer and their service department! My car needed an inspection sticker but when it was looked at the mechanic found some issues. Donny let me know that some work was necessary to pass inspection but that the other work could wait. He told me to bring the car in, even though I didn’t have an appointment. They diagnosed the problem, Don shared options with me, and worked with me to figure out what would be best. He scheduled an appointment for me, I dropped the car off the next day. My car was fixed in a timely manner and Don kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend Ford to anyone who needs service and would recommend talking to Don. Fast, friendly, service. More

He never steers me wrong or tries to sell me something I do not need (Even when I think I do) Trust is everything and he doesn’t disappoint. Although I love my SUV, the service center is seriously one of the main reasons I keep my explorer and would consider buying another Ford....because I doubt another service center team is this great. :) More
