My experience I bought a brand new 2013 ford f150 stx in March 2013. Sales was a breeze my salesman was Justin Surtel I had a corporate discount called fords x plan I bought a brand new 2013 ford f150 stx in March 2013. Sales was a breeze my salesman was Justin Surtel I had a corporate discount called fords x plan it's incredible saves you a lot of money so no haggling was necessary. Finance was almost easy and at that point in time my credit wasn't exactly perfect but they got it done and I got a great interest rate far better than I had expected which means they shop the best rate for you not the first rate you get. I showed up there at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night I drove out of there by 10pm in my new truck. Everything was great with the vehicle. Had a couple of problems towards Oct 2013 brought it in I was unable to get an appointment at that time for the reason unknown besides I was misinformed by the wrong person. March 2014 rolled around I brought it in with a few concerns. They scheduled an appointment ASAP for what I needed done. Just about everything got taken care of and they also did a 99 point inspection for free and found a problem with my battery which was under warranty and replaced the battery for free! There was only one issue that didn't get resolved as it wasn't brought to the right persons attention. I got an appointment to meet with general manager Michael Penner and sales manager Michael Kind both incredibly helpful gentlemen they took care of everything and to avoid this confusion for any other present or future customer they plan to train their employees further to deal with these types of situations as customer service is their #1 priority and they stand by their product which is hard to find. Most other dealerships are there to sell vehicles and make money not to deal with problems. Imperial ford dealt with my problems efficiently and timely with the professionalism everyone would expect. That being said I would encourage people to visit this dealership and service their vehicles at this dealership as I really do feel as if they can treat you the way you should be treated, get you in the vehicle you want and continue to put their customers first.
