Service with Frank Best I called the dealership and spoke to Frank best about a problem I was having with the rear brakes of my 2015 Ford Transit Connect. Taking advantage of a college student My daughter brought her 2011 Ford Escape in for an oil change and windshield washer hose replacement. In their desperate cash seeking methods they told her new tires and brakes needed. Not asked for, just oil and washer service. Spoke to key stone cops service center, where the person had to put me on hold every question asked. Bottom line I said just oil change and washer hose repair. Daughter goes to pick up car day later, oil warning light is on washer still not working. Service person says wasn't suppose to do (check drop of form, I wrote) They provided disgusting customer service to a customer who obviously wasn't important. BEWARE!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!! More

Pleasant experience. I had a flat tire and was worried that I was going to have to pay for a brand new tire. Pleasantly surprised I noticed that my inspection sicker was expired, and was nervous that the Ford Dealership would not be able to take me at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised when Don, the service adviser, said he could fit me in. I was so happy because I didn't want to have to drive around for another day with an expired sticker. Don was great and I would highly recommend asking for him when bringing your car in for service. I will definitely be returning if I have any issues with my car in the future. More

Couldn't be hapoier I drive an older fusion . My engine light had come on and I was worried i would be looking at a large amount of money to repair my vehicle. I called a I drive an older fusion . He was able to get me in right away and explained the process . Come to find out the reason my engine light was on was because of a part on recall . So a repair that I thought would cost alot ended up coating me nothing. I can not thank Rick and the imperial Ford service team enough for this . You guys all made it a very good day . I would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone with a Ford to see Rick and the Imperial Ford service team with any concerns at all. Thanks again More
