My experience with Imperial Ford was fantastic because the salesman, Ron Dulac, was great! He gave us no pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. At Imperial Ford, the whole experience, from choosing the used vehicle to actually going through the purchasing/financing was relaxed and understandable. Even the salesmen/saleswomen that we were not dealing with were very nice. We will certainly return and would certainly recommend our friends and family to go to Imperial Sales and specifically look up Ron Dulac! The atmosphere was calm and everyone treated us as family. Last weekend my husband and I were greeted by Mike MacDonald who was nothing but friendly and not over the top trying to sell us something. Instead Mike took the time to ask what kind of car we were interested in and then politely proceeded to show us the location in the lot where the Ford Explorers could be found. Mike listened to what are needs were for a car and then introduced us to Brian Rische, a salesman for Ford. So although Mike was not a salesman for Ford he was kind enough to show us where to go, listen to our needs and then introduce us to another salesman who closed the deal with us. I'm not sure if Mike will reap any benefits from the sale but he should because the one thing my husband and I hate is to be hounded by a salesperson. We don't like to listen to sales pitches we just want an honest person to get us what we want. We sincerely appreciate the professionalism and common courtesy that we received from both Mike and Brian. More

After doing what I would consider extensive homework on Ford dealerships I came to the conclusion that based upon my findings Imperial Ford was rated at the top of the list so I thought it worthwhile to vi Ford dealerships I came to the conclusion that based upon my findings Imperial Ford was rated at the top of the list so I thought it worthwhile to visit the dealership. I then began communicating with Santos at Imperial and explained that I was in the market for a Raptor at which point he sent me the vehicles the dealership had to offer. I went to the dealership on a Saturday and was greeted by Mike Peters. I told him why I was there and he immediately took me to the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and given the fact it was not a basic or common vehicle I was very impressed. Back into the dealership(which was the nicest I have ever been in) we worked out a deal for the vehicle. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the first greeting to the closing of the transaction. He was the same the day I came to pick up the vehicle and through everything we talked about I was very proud of how Mike praised the dealership and its owner Kevin and what they as a team stand for. I run my own business and Mike is the kind of employee we all strive for. I will be in the market for a vehicle for my son and you can be sure I will be calling Mike. Sincerely, Chris Pernock More
I recently bought a new truck at Imperial Ford and am so glad I did! I had looked at the same truck elsewhere and received a really great price from them, but given where I live AND the view I already had o glad I did! I had looked at the same truck elsewhere and received a really great price from them, but given where I live AND the view I already had of Imperial (I stop at the gas station every week, love the annual car show they have and the Christmas display done at the owner's home, etc.) I really wanted to buy from them. Mike DiMella and Doug Hood worked SO HARD to match the deal from the other dealership, and in the long run ended up beating it! They went and found me exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste any of my time trying to convince me otherwise (I'll admit I'm pretty particular and stubborn!). Overall, hands down a great experience. I have family members who were impresses as well and when my Dad is ready to trade his truck in I know he'll be headed their way. Oh and the diner on-site was wonderful as well—great food & service! More

After a week of driving it, I realized it was the wrong kind of vehicle for me. I went there again today, and salesman Edward Kelly was outstanding. He helped me trade in the truck, and I went home with something much better. Mr. Kelly was very helpful and professional, and I hope you keep him around for a long time. My salesman, Dennis Leoleis, was phenomenal. Not only did he help me find an ideal car, he also drives the same model personally! With his guidance, we were able to create a deal that was equitable to both of us... and my needs were not easy to meet. Dennis went above and beyond the call of duty. Not to be outdone, Jeff Nadim, the finance manager, also worked overtime to present an equitable deal. Although I had already arranged for financing, he was able to present a better package AND included an extended warranty! Imperial Ford provided the best car buying experience possible. I will always start my next car buying experience there. More

The whole place is pretty new but already feels dated. 50s diner sports theme? FYI I live in the town the dealership is located in. Terrible. More
It was a great pleasure to meet you this past weekend, Mike (DiMella, Imperial Ford Sales Manager), and an even greater pleasure doing business with Imperial Cars. As you know, we purchased a Mercury Mila Mike (DiMella, Imperial Ford Sales Manager), and an even greater pleasure doing business with Imperial Cars. As you know, we purchased a Mercury Milan yesterday and I am writing to compliment your sales consultant, Dennis Leoleis. Throughout the sales process, Dennis comported himself in a manner the exact opposite of the old stereotype of the “used car salesman.” We were entirely comfortable with Dennis throughout the engagement. He showed us several cars completely based on our expressed interests. At no point did we feel that we were being pushed into something that we may not want. He answered every question, showed us the cars that he thought we’d like, and gave us complete confidence in his trustworthiness and integrity. Once we made the choice of an automobile, Dennis continued to impress us with his dedication. He stayed until 9:00 p.m. on the day that the dealership normally closed at 6:00 (which we only learned about because we asked him). He was very helpful in making sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were completely comfortable with the transaction and the automobile itself. As a final note, my wife drove the car to Maine this morning and called this evening. She loves the car! She is clearly and obviously delighted.
