14 Explorer - Good Experience I purchased a new Explorer from Brian Rishe last month. I found the Explorer on AutoTrader so I contacted Imperial Ford to ensure that the advertised I purchased a new Explorer from Brian Rishe last month. I found the Explorer on AutoTrader so I contacted Imperial Ford to ensure that the advertised price was the actual price. The advertised price was only reflecting one rebate (which I qualified for): $1,000 rebate if you trade-in a car that they can sell on their lot (car must meet some very minimal standards). Important: When I went to the dealership the car was offered to me for the same price. When I walked into the dealership (which is by far one of the nicest I've seen) I was greeted by a number of salesmen. I was then directed to Brian who I was already talking to prior to my arrival. Brian had the Explorer parked up front and wasted no time. He gave me the keys and we went to the car. Unlike other salesmen, Brian made sure I got to enjoy the car during the test drive. He had me drive on a number of roads, some bumpy and some smooth with higher speeds. He called his road test "The Explorer Challenge". We returned back to the dealership and we negotiated a price for the vehicle I was trading in. This was done fairly quickly. I was satisfied with the price they offered me and with the advertised price for the Explorer, which was very competitively priced so there was no need for negotiating more (at least I didn't want to waste my time for a couple hundred bucks). My overall experience was outstanding. If you're looking to head over to Imperial Ford I would ask for Brian. He really did go the extra mile. He gave me his cell phone number and stated that I could call him at any time if I had any questions. On my way back home with the new Explorer I realized that I forgot to peel off a parking sticker for work. I texted Brian and he responded immediately and stated that he will take it off the next day and keep it on his desk (which he did and I went to pick it up when I returned for my registration). Brian also followed up with a phone call and a text after I picked up my registration to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Lastly, I have to add that I did purchase the protective film for the Explorer that goes on the front end and I was told that I would have to return to the dealership to get it installed by a vendor they use. Brian made it so that the vendor was at the dealership on the same day I was picking up my registration so that I wouldn't have to return a second time. I was really impressed by this! Plus he checked up on me and gave me constant updates as my car was having the film applied. Overall honest dealership. I will be retuning to service my vehicle here as long as the service department is similar to the sales. More

He let me and my husband take the 2014 Ford Focus out on a test drive alone, which some dealerships normally dont do. Doug worked very hard to lower the price, as well as Jeff, (finance mgr). He worked very hard to aquire the proper fincancing. They were also nice enough to give us fifty dollars in Miss Mendon Diner gift cards so we could get a bite to eat while they preped our vehicle. The car was delivered right as we came back from the diner, in the perfect time alotted. We opened the door and were blown away by the lovely aroma that is the "new car smell". When we first took a look at the car, the exterior was all green because of the pollen, and the inside looked like it was a used car. But when we got the car, it looked and smelled like it was fresh out of the fatcory. :) The overall experience of our vist to Imperial Ford was absolutly delightful and would DEFINETLY recomend it. :) More

He worked a fantastic deal and did everything he could to accomodate us with expediting the wait time to see the finance person to process the loan. He was great and the dealership is extremely polite and easy to deal with. Would go right back to them, and they are quite a ride from our home, if we need a vehicle in the future. So glad we found them. More

Got My Mustang exactly how I wanted it! I wanted to purchase a 2014 Ford Mustang v6 convertible. Doug Hood was my salesman. I started off by saying to him, "I'm just gathering information at I wanted to purchase a 2014 Ford Mustang v6 convertible. Doug Hood was my salesman. I started off by saying to him, "I'm just gathering information at this point and will be going to other dealerships also, as I seek my vehicle. That being said, "Doug, I DON'T LIKE PRESSURE!" Doug was friendly and informative in regards to potential options I could consider and never said, "What can I do to sell you are car today?" Imperial Ford did not have the style car I was looking for but said they might get one from another dealership if I wished. I took the info and ballpark price and moved on to three other dealerships. They All and I mean ALL ignored my no pressure request and tried to push the convertible(s) that were on their lot(s) as the car for me. I came back to Doug with the exact features I wanted and with the help of Mike DiMella, I put down a deposit and Imperial Ford had my Mustang BUILT for me. I picked it up and drove it home on my 65th birthday. It was a pretty special day. In my evaluation of Imperial Ford, the words I have written exemplify the high marks by the outstanding way I was treated as a first time customer. Thank You Imperial Ford and Doug Hood! More
Wonderful experience! I had been shopping for a vehicle online for some time, just waiting for the right one to come along. I found the vehicle I was dreaming of at Imperial Ford in Mendon. This was my first time shopping there. The gentleman on the phone could not have been nicer! We spoke in detail about the vehicle, and I made arrangements to come in and look at it. I was directed to meet with Gerard Souza. He was attentive, friendly, professional and went out of his way to make my car buying experience a positive one. I highly recommend shopping at Imperial in Mendon! While the vehicle I was purchasing was being serviced, they offered me a loaner from their rental office. That also went very smoothly and without a hitch! I am more than pleased with my entire experience at Imperial! I will not hesitate to go back there again in the future when we are ready to buy another new or used car! More
