Very personable employees which created a great experience! From our first steps into your dealership we were met with courteous and genuine people. Our salesman Doug was no exception. He listened to what we needed in a vehicle and the budget we had. We had seen two Ford Explorers on the dealership's website and Doug did a great job tracking them down so we could see them. One of the vehicles had just arrived and was hard to locate. Doug did not try to get us to look at something else, he was able to track down the particular SUV for us. This was the Explorer we ended up purchasing. Throughout the entire process Doug was straight to the point, incredibly knowledgeable, and always honest with us. Doug always went above and beyond to help us out; including placing the Explorer on a lift and allowing my husband to inspect under the car, making sure the wonderful mechanics made sure the car was in pristine condition when we picked it up, and placing follow-up calls after we purchased the Explorer to see if we had any questions. This made what is often a daunting experience very enjoyable. More
