He went out of his way to make sure that Caitlin didn't just jump for the first car he showed her, but took her for a tour through several models that he had preselected before our arrival according to the specifications she had given him over the phone/on line. There was no pressure and no hype and no "just one more thing: to try and get more dough out of her. The car was ready for her a couple days later in pristine condition. she's had it for three months now, and it's everything Ed said it would be and more. Rides smoothly, is economical and reliable. I would recommend Imperial Motors, and most especially Ed Kelly to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Waste of Time I had been in contact with Sarah from this dealership. Via email she made it sound as if she were a sales person. She even asked me to ask for her when visiting the dealership. So one day I went to see about an advertised used ford escape limited for $16,999. I asked for her and was told she is in marketing and not a sales person. So I was introduced to one gentlemen whom brought me to his desk and immediately had me to go another salesman. I was able to test drive the escape and I explained to the salesman that I liked it and also wanted to test drive the C-Max. I told him it was still something I wanted if we couldn't make a deal on a new c-max. Well after test driving the C-Max and him going back and forth we just couldn't reach a deal on it. So I said then we'll go with the escape. He turns around and tells me they just sold the escape I had just test drove. Also the price of the used escape was only if you took all of the incentives and had a vehicle to trade in that was a 2006 or newer. One incentive was from ford motor credit which I was told had rates of 5% or more. My suggestion is go some place else. I was able to purchase a used 2011 escape for 13,000.elsewhere. More

I came in with the truck I wanted in mind and they didn't try to steer me towards something more expensive or hassle me in any way. They took the time to be sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase, gave me a great trade-in amount, and worked very hard for a win-win deal for both of us. I spent the previous week looking around at other local Ford dealers and Imperial Ford stands out as the most trustworthy and helpful dealer from all that I visited. Best on the East Coast, Bar None!! My local dealer in CT was unable to locate a new Explorer with the color and options I wanted. He searched all states from Mass to PA. As a result, I decided to begin the search on my own to include the states Maine down to Maryland. My overall experience with Imperial was fantastic. They were one of only a few dealerships that carry a large selection of vehicles with all different options. Their inventory is absolutely amazing. A few results came back from my search and I reached out to the dealers for quotes. Santos did an excellent job with pricing the vehicle I wanted. No one even came close to his price point, which included other dealers in Mass, NJ and PA. Doug greeted us as we pulled into the lot with friendly smile. Since I knew I was interested in a particular vehicle he began to show us it. He knows the Explorers inside and out. He definitely is an expert in using the navigation system. I was also impressed with knowledge of the history of the dealership and service center. He was not pushy at all like most people in sales are. He is very personable and relates well to his customers. We purchased the car with no pricing hassles or anything else to worry about. Doug even guaranteed the minor ding in the door would be taken out by his crew upon pick up and he delivered! We traveled over 130 miles/2 hours get the car we wanted and it was well worth it. No one chased us around the lot while we were looking, the cars were all unlocked allowing us to get in and check them out, A sales rep came along, asked if we needed help, answered a couple of questions, gave us his card and went away. We liked a car but decided to go home to think it over. A couple of days later I went back. The sales rep was there and we talked about the car, I test drove it and we discussed price. Their web site has an "our cost" price on it. My discussion started there and after looking over everything we agreed. Today my wife and I went up to do the financing and pick up the car. The Finance man explained all of the options and we turned them down (except for 1) with no argument. We signed, our rep showed all of the bells and whistles, attached our plate and off we went. A FABULOUS experience dealing with honest regular people who did their best to give us what WE wanted. More
