I didn't know what to expect today when I went into Imperial, had been going back and forth about getting a new vehicle, but with a printout of the vehicle I was interested in in hand, went inside and Imperial, had been going back and forth about getting a new vehicle, but with a printout of the vehicle I was interested in in hand, went inside and sat down with Tony, and right off the bat he made it clear this wasn't a "pressure situation" to buy, but rather, "What can I do for you!" feeling. The vehicle I was looking for was there and available, took it for a test drive and knew this was the one for me. When we got back, it was a low key, relaxed setting, control was always in my hands -and the process was simple and easy. I drove off the lot later in the day with my new vehicle. Tony without a doubt was Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable and never made me feel like I had to do anything I didn't want to. More
