I had to have a minor scuff repaired on the interior, and he coordinated and followed through on ensuring the repair was completed timely. Indicating that I was actually on property for a car wash but the line was too long and that I had to be somewhere in 1/2 hour, he offered to let me drive the truck and bring it right back, no obligation. When I returned he asked what I thought and what I wanted to do. There was no typical pressure tactics like it won't be on the lot for very long, etc. I felt really comfortable with Doug and decided to put an offer on the table and 15 minutes later we had a deal. Terrific experience After doing some online research I decided to take the drive out to Imperial Ford. I was interested in a new Ford Fusion and had noticed that Imperial After doing some online research I decided to take the drive out to Imperial Ford. I was interested in a new Ford Fusion and had noticed that Imperial had some of the best prices of any dealership in the area. When we arrived at Imperial we were met by Doug Hood. Doug was very friendly and he wasted no time in showing us the new Fusion and explaining many of the car's features. He then let us take an extended test drive, which was very nice. Doug was obviously very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. Once we got back to the dealership, Doug worked with me to get the best price possible, including giving me an unexpectedly good price on my old trade in. After we agreed on the price of the car I then met William Granata in the Finance department. William was also very friendly and took his time to explain all of my finance and warranty options. I was very impressed with the time William took in explaining everything to me. After signing the paperwork on my new car, Doug Hood took us for a tour of the entire Imperial complex. The incredible amount of memorabilia was extremely impressive. Doug then gave us a gift card for the Imperial dinner, which was very cool. Overall, we could not have been more impressed with the Imperial experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. We didn't purchase the car we originally intended, instead were able to purchase TWO very beautiful, reliable vehicles (a Lincoln MKZ and a Honda Odyssey), that met all of our criteria and within the same price range we were intending to spend. We thank Doug Hood and Mike Kind for providing the personalized customer service we were looking for in a dealer (we had met with 8 other dealers previously). They made us feel like "one of the family". Not only did we find a new car dealer and service provider, we have a new friend in Doug. More

She said that I would be surprised to see their professional services. She was right. The time I reached the place, everyone was so hospitable and pleasant. I went to this place with the intention of trading my 2002 Infiniti I 35 and getting used car of 2005 models. Mike Peters was so kind and helpful to explain everything in spite of heavy snow. I explained to him my budget and uncertain of my stay here. He gave me different options and ways to get the latest vehicle within my budget. Finally I was able to buy Ford Fusion 2014 used car with 4500 miles on it and I am very satisfied with the purchase. All the employees were so nice that I could get my work done without much difficulties. I would encourage anyone who is interested to buy cars.I am sure that is the RIGHT PLACE. Sorry I forgot to say that I got good price for my Infiniti 2002. I am regretting that I did not buy the latest 2015 Hybrid. Who knows I might buy it soon? We traded in our 2011 Ford Explorer Limited for the Taurus, and are both extremely happy with this car. The Taurus has more bells and whistles than we thought we were getting. Best new car experience ever! I had a specific Expedition EL I wanted, and found it online at Imperial. We needed it for a trip to Fort Myers Florida in February. We live in East Windsor Connecticut, and it's quite a drive to get to Mendon, about an hour and a half to two hours depending on traffic. I called Santos out of the blue on a Saturday and asked if the Expedition was still available (it was), and we would be there to look it over in a couple of hours. When my wife ,and I got there Ali met us at the car in the parking lot; it was around 0 degrees, and blowing (you don't get that kind of service, ever!). I don't know if he was waiting for us, or luck of the draw, but he was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. The expedition was everything we were looking for, the price was exactly as quoted (no hanky panky), and the sales tactics were laid back, no pushiness. Would I recomend Imperial Ford...Absolutely, without reservation. All our future vehicles will come from there, Ali in particular. (By the way, six days after the purchase we drove three thousand miles round trip without a single hiccup!) More

A co-worker was having a vehicle delivered from Imperial Chrysler to our place of employment and suggested I call to see if they could send the form for me to sign with the salesman from the Chrysler dealership. The Ford dealership was able to locate the form even the finance employee that we dealt with had the day off and I was able to sign the form. It saved me about an hours drive to the dealership. Exceptional service!!! Thank you!!! More

(OK, I'll admit that I've had some bad experiences in the past at different dealerships that I will never return to) But, that has not been the case on the two occasions that I have purchased new vehicles from Imperial. I cant speak for everyone at Imperial, but Dean Childs was awesome and I can personally recommend that you search him out if you go to Imperial Ford. More
